Will Schulz is the founder and CEO of AW3 Technology, a San Francisco–based venture studio focused on building and scaling companies at the intersection of Web3 and artificial intelligence. Mitch Keamy is a Partner at Baird Augustine and an experienced investor and entrepreneur with a background spanning finance, fiduciary services, and operations. He began his career as a licensed fiduciary in Arizona, managing complex estates as a Personal Representative, Guardian, Conservator, and Trustee, where he developed a strong foundation in financial stewardship and trust.

Since 2019, Mitch has been an active investor and is also a minority partner, investor, and distiller at Ferino Distillery. His career reflects a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to capital, business building, and long-term value creation.
